Does Newbeing contain calories?

Newbeing contains trace calories and trace macronutrients. This is because it is solely comprised of vitamins, minerals, creatine, natural flavourings and natural sweetener (stevia).

How do I take Newbeing?

Simply mix one scoop (included) with 400-600ml of water each morning. It dissolves completely and has a natural citrus flavour. It can be taken on an empty stomach or it can be taken with food if preferred.

If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend starting with a half-serving for the first few days and taking with, or immediately after a meal. If you have specific concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

Can I take Newbeing whilst fasting?

Newbeing is safe to take whilst fasting as it only contains trace calories and trace macronutrients. This is because it is solely comprised of vitamins, minerals, creatine, natural flavourings and natural sweetener (stevia).

Will I actually notice a difference from taking Newbeing?

Most customers report feeling noticeable changes within the first two weeks, with more significant benefits becoming apparent after 1-2 months of consistent use.

How is Newbeing different from other men's supplements?

Three key differences: 1) Effective doses - not the token amounts most brands use to enable them to make claims 2) Superior ingredient forms - chelated minerals and methylated vitamins for better absorption, 3) Men's physiology - formulated specifically for how men's bodies function, not generic wellness formulas.

Does Newbeing contain any artificials colours or sweeteners?

No. Newbeing is flavoured only with natural colours and sweeteners. No fillers, binders or caking agents.

What if I don't like Newbeing?

Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't notice a difference in your energy, performance, or overall wellbeing, simply email us at help@newbeing.com and we'll refund you.

Where is Newbeing manufactured?

Yes, Newbeing is completely vegan-friendly. All ingredients are plant-based or synthetic (like vitamins), with no animal-derived components. It's also free from gluten, dairy, and artificial preservatives.

How long does one pouch of Newbeing last?

Each pouch contains 30 servings, which is exactly one month supply of daily use.

Is it safe to take Newbeing with other medications?

As is the case with any supplement, we recommend consulting your GP before taking Newbeing.

What is the full ingredients list of Newbeing?

Creatine Monohydrate (5000mg), Citric Acid, Magnesium Bisglycinate (300mg), Himalayan Fine Pink Salt Granules (400mg), Natural Lemon Flavouring, Potassium Chloride (156mg), Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride (250mg), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Zinc Bisglycinate (12mg), Natural Colour (Beta Carotene), Boron as Disodium Tetraborate (6mg), Natural Lime Flavouring, Vegan Vitamin D3 from algae (2000 IU), Vitamin B5 as Calcium D-Pantothenate (6mg) , Vitamin K2 MK7 (75 μg), Copper Bisglycinate (1mg), Ginger Extract 23:1 (75mg), Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (2mg), Folate as L-5 Methyltetrahydrofolate (400mcg), Selenium as Selenomethionine (55μg), Vitamin B12 as Methyl Cobalamin Hydrate (25μg)

How much creatine is there per serving of Newbeing?

There is 5000mg of micronised Creatine Monohydrate per serving.

Does Newbeing contain gluten?

Newbeing is gluten-free.

Why does Newbeing use methylated B vitamins instead of standard forms?

Standard B vitamins (like folic acid or cyanocobalamin) need to be converted by your body before they can be used. A significant proportion of men carry a genetic variant (MTHFR) that impairs this conversion. By using methylated and activated forms (methylfolate and methylcobalamin) we skip that conversion step entirely. Your body gets the usable form directly, which means more reliable absorption regardless of your genetics.

What is Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) and why is it in Newbeing?

NR is a precursor to NAD⁺ - a molecule central to cellular energy production that naturally declines with age. Lower NAD⁺ is associated with reduced energy, slower recovery, and accelerated cellular ageing. Newbeing contains 250mg of NR per serving, a dose consistent with the amounts used in published human studies.

Why does Newbeing contain copper alongside zinc?

High-dose zinc supplementation can deplete copper levels over time, because the two minerals compete for absorption. Including copper at an appropriate ratio maintains that balance, ensuring you get the benefits of both without compromising either.

Does Newbeing contain caffeine?

No. Newbeing contains zero caffeine. The energy support comes from NR (NAD⁺ precursor), active B vitamins, and electrolytes: all of which support cellular energy production rather than stimulating your nervous system.

Can I take Newbeing if I'm already taking a separate creatine supplement?

That depends on how much additional creatine you're taking. The total daily dose of creatine from all sources is worth considering, most research supports up to 5g per day for healthy adults - which is why we've chosen this dosage.

Does Newbeing contain any allergens?

Newbeing contains traces of soya due to it's Vitamin K2 source. Newbeing is free from gluten, dairy and nuts. It contains no animal-derived ingredients and is completely vegan-friendly.

Can I take Newbeing if I have a sensitive stomach?

Newbeing is formulated to be gentle on the stomach, using appropriate daily doses and chelated forms of ingredients where possible.

If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend starting with a half-serving for the first few days and taking with, or immediately after a meal. If you have specific concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

How does Newbeing support Testosterone levels?

Newbeing contains a combination of micronutrients that play a role in the body's normal hormonal function, notably zinc bisglycinate. These are involved in the regulation and maintenance of normal testosterone levels as part of their established physiological roles.

Is Newbeing safe to take alongside other supplements?

Generally, yes - Newbeing is designed to replace a stack of individual supplements, so most men find they can simply stop taking their supplements once they start Newbeing.

If you're taking additional supplements, it's worth checking total daily doses to avoid excessive intake of vitamins and minerals. If in doubt, speak to your medical advisor.

Usage + Routine

When is the best time to take Newbeing?

Most customers take it first thing in the morning, mixed with 400–600ml of water. This works well for two reasons: the electrolytes help rehydrate after sleep, and taking it at the same time each day builds the consistency that gets results. That said, it can be taken at any time of day. There's no stimulant content, so taking it later in the day won't affect sleep.

Can I take Newbeing on an empty stomach?

Yes. Most customers take it on an empty stomach without any issues. If you find your stomach is sensitive in the first week, it can help to take Newbeing after food and starting with a half-scoop (7.8g) for the first few days to adjust.

What is the half-scoop ramp-up protocol and do I need it?

Most customers are absolutely fine starting on a full scoop from day one. The half-scoop protocol is for men who know their stomach is sensitive to new supplements, or who experience any digestive discomfort in the first few days. It simply involves starting on half a scoop for the first few days to let your body adjust, then moving to a full scoop.

Consult your medical professional if you have persistent digestion issues.

Do I need to cycle Newbeing or take breaks?

No. There are no stimulants, adaptogens with known cycling requirements, or tolerance-building compounds in Newbeing. It's designed as a daily foundation supplement, the same way you don't cycle a multivitamin. Creatine specifically works best with consistent, uninterrupted use.

Can Newbeing be taken before a workout?

Yes, and many customers do exactly that. The creatine, electrolytes, and B vitamins are all relevant to physical performance. However, Newbeing isn't a pre-workout - it contains no caffeine and is not designed for an acute pre-training stimulant effect.

How should I store Newbeing?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the pouch sealed between uses. Newbeing does not need to be refrigerated.
